US Airways Do-Crew

Volunteer

US Airways Do-Crew volunteer in our cafeteria.

Volunteer times can occur anytime between the hours of 4:00 am and 10:00 pm at Men’s Shelter of Charlotte. Most volunteer activities will be in two to six hour intervals and can be designed to fit your “free time” and/or specific needs. All volunteers should be at least 18 years of age unless previously approved by the Community Resource Coordinator. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete a volunteer application at www.MensShelterofCharlotte.org and read & sign a confidentiality wavier. We provide tours/orientations prior to getting started.

  • Bath towels
  • Bar soap
  • Deoderant
  • Shampoo
  • Shaving cream
  • New socks
  • Skin lotion
  • Toothbrushes and toothpaste
  • Triple head disposable razors
  • New underwear - boxers or briefs (L - 5XL)
  • New or gently used men's clothing (L - 5 XL)

Please consider leading a donation drive at your place of business, place of worship or with your civic group. Donations can be dropped off at 1210 N. Tryon Street anytime.
